300,000 muflis, persatuan gesa akta dipinda

Akta Kebankrapan 1967 perlu dirombak supaya lebih adil kepada mangsa muflis, kata Persatuan Pengguna Islam Malaysia (PPIM).

“Akta Kebankrapan 1967  harus dirombak dan dinilai semula.

“Ia perlukan pembaharuan semasa dan sepatutnya lebih adil kepada mangsa bankrap,” kata Ketua Aktivis PPIM Datuk Nadzim Johan.


Katanya lagi, langkah itu perlu diambil ketika jumlah mangsa bankrap kini mencecah 300,000 orang dan melibatkan pengguna berumur bawah 23 tahun.

Dalam sidang media di Kuala Lumpur hari ini, Nadzim (kanan) berkata kenapa akta itu belum dipinda walaupun kerajaan sudah menjanjikan perkara itu empat tahun lalu.

“Jabatan Insolvensi Malaysia harus mengemaskini perkara yang ingin diubah kerana berkaitan dengan kehidupan seharian penghutang,” katanya yang mahu bertemu sendiri dengan ketua pengarah jabatan itu bagi membincangkannya.

Berdasarkan akta, seseorang itu diisytihar muflis jika menanggung hutang minimum RM30, 000 dan tidak mampu membayarnya.

Selepas diisytihar bankrap, mereka secara automatik disenarai hitam oleh Jabatan Imigresen dan  dilarang ke luar negara.

นักแสดงหนุ่มวัย 27 ปี ผู้นี้ที่กำลังมีผลงานสุดฮิตกับหนังเรื่อง Gangnam 1970 ได้กลายมามียอดผู้ติดตามใน Weibo ทะลุมากขึ้นไปอีกหลังจากที่ได้ปล่อยภาพจากหนังเรื่องดังกล่าวออกมาเมื่อวันเสาร์ที่ผ่านมา ในขณะที่นักแสดงสาวเจ้าถิ่นอย่าง ฟ่านปิงปิง นั้นมีผู้ติดตามอยู่เพียงแค่ 21.7 ล้านคนเท่านั้น

ย้อนกลับไปนั้น ผู้ติดตามของอีมินโฮนั้นก็ทะลุเกิน 20 ล้านครั้งมาแล้วนับตั้งแต่เมื่อเดือนมีนาคมปีที่ผ่านมา และยังคงพุ่งสูงขึ้นเรื่อยๆ และมามากขึ้นจนสังเกตได้หลังจากที่มีหนังเรื่อง Gangnam 1970 เข้าฉายที่เกาหลี เมื่อวันที่ 21 มกราคมที่ผ่านมา

ซึ่งชาวจีนเองก็ต่างคาดหวังกับหนังเรื่องใหม่ของเขามากเช่นเดียวกันไม้แพ้จากที่เกาหลีที่ตอนนี้มียอดผู้ชมถล่มทลายไปเป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้วนับตั้งแต่ที่เข้าฉายมา

ซึ่งคงต้องมาดูกันว่ากับกระแสของหนังเรื่องนี้ในบ้านเรานั้นจะดีมากน้อยเพียงใด

Malaysia could see more severe floods like in Kelantan, say experts

Meteorology expert Dr Liew Ju Neng told a forum in Kuala Lumpur yesterday that the extraordinary rainfall Kelantan experienced which led to the floods was due to a climate element called Madden-Julian oscillation. – The Malaysian Insider pic by Seth Akmal, January 28, 2015.Malaysia will see more severe floods like those that displaced more than 100,000 people in Kelantan recently due to a combination of global warming, deforestation and a lack of enforcement.This was the conclusion from experts at a forum to discuss the Kelantan floods last night who argued that all three factors turned what is an annual occurrence into a national disaster.Since floods are year-end phenomena, these factors could be present in other parts of the country which will make such disasters even more severe.The extraordinary rainfall that Kelantan experienced in the span of three to four days, said meteorology expert Dr Liew Ju Neng, was due to a tropical climate element called the Madden-Julian oscillation (MJO).The MJO originates from the Indian Ocean and passes through Malaysia four times a year, said Liew of Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM).When it comes in contact with the Northeast monsoon season that hits the peninsula at the end of the year, it will cause more than usual rain, he said at the Forum titled “Kelantan floods: Coincidence or fate?" in Kuala Lumpur last night.The MJO increases the amount of easterly winds which carries more moisture and this leads to the monsoon dumping more rain than usual when it goes through the peninsula.On January 4, Kelantan Deputy Menteri Besar Datuk Mohd Amar Nik Abdullah said that during the height of the floods, there were two days where the amount of rain was equivalent to the total Kelantan experienced for a month last year.Liew said although the MJO travels through Malaysia four times a year, extreme storms only happen when they hit other climate phenomena such as the monsoon.“Since the 1970s, MJOs are becoming more active. Due to global warming, MJOs have increased by 40% to 50%. So in the next 30 to 40 years, we will the MJO passing through six times a year."
Rantau Panjang MP Siti Zailah Mohd Yusoff said an estimated RM2 billion in damages were sustained due to the floods. – The Malaysian Insider pic by Seth Akmal, January 28, 2015.The increased frequency of MJOs will lead to more extreme storms which can cause floods to be more severe.The massive floods in Johor in 2006 and 2007 which had been caused by extraordinary rainfall, was also due to the MJO said Liew.Last night's forum was organised by youth group Solidariti Anak Muda Malaysia (SAMM), one of the many NGOs who helped collect and deliver aid to flood hit areas in Kelantan.Rantau Panjang MP Siti Zailah Mohd Yusoff said it is estimated that the floods caused RM2 billion in damages while 2,500 houses were destroyed in Kelantan alone. Twelve lost their lives.The floods that also hit Perak, Terengganu and Pahang at the end of last year collectively affected 200,000 residents.Both Putrajaya and the Kelantan government have been blamed for not being adequately prepared for relief operations, as seen in how whole communities were cut off for days without food, clothes and the possibility of rescue.Another expert, Sharmila Ariffin of environmental group Sahabat Alam Malaysia (SAM), explained that another factor which worsened floods was the clear-cutting of forests to build plantations.She said Kelantan was losing its forests at the highest rate in the peninsula.The high rate of deforestation was due to the creation of timber plantations within permanent forest reserves in Kelantan. In 2014 alone, the state had about 162,000 ha of land classified as timber plantations.
Sharmila Ariffin of environmental group Sahabat Alam Malaysia attributed the worsening floods to clear-cutting of forests to build plantations. – The Malaysian Insider pic by Seth Akmal, January 28, 2015.The plantations are in areas where the forest has been clear-cut, all its logs extracted and the undergrowth removed thereby leaving top soil bare.Although Kelantan has the highest growth rate of timber plantations in the peninsula, said Sharmila, the federal government also has a policy of encouraging plantations all over the country.“This is a policy throughout the country. Not just in Kelantan. There is a RM1 billion fund using the public’s money to encourage cutting down of forests to build plantations."The problem with clear-cutting forests, said drainage expert Datuk Fuad Abdul Rahman, is that it exposes top soil which runs off and chokes rivers with sediment.“When you lose top soil and ground vegetation, the land is not able to absorb rain," said Fuad, who is former deputy director-general of the Drainage and Irrigation Department.Heavier than usual rainfall would then swell already shallow rivers, leading them to overflow and cause floods.These conditions were present in the environment surrounding Sungai Kelantan where forests were clear cut and top soil was allowed to flow unchecked into the river, Fuad said.Sungai Kelantan was one of the main rivers which overflowed and flooded the towns surrounding it, such Kuala Krai, Tanah Merah, Pasir Mas and Kota Baru.Fuad said damage to the environment could have been reduced had the local council enforced regulations requiring those clearing the forest to implement an erosion and sediment control plan.“We presented our findings about the damage to the Kelantan government. But the official told us that it was hard for Kelantan to enforce regulations to control erosion and sediment."Just as in the case with the climate phenomenon and deforestation, this lack of enforcement applies not just to Kelantan but across the country.

But too often they do not have the awareness or capacity to enforce. So they push it to the Drainage and Irrigation Department (JPS).“But JPS can only act in an advisory capacity," said Fuad.The floods in Kelantan, said the forum’s moderator Badrul Hisham Shahrin, was an opportunity for the country to reflect and become aware of how such a disaster happened and how to prevent it from recurring.The lessons from Kelantan could be applied to the whole country. Lawyer Eric Paulsen (right) talking to media with his clients, Karuna Nithi's mother Katijah Bebee and family members. – The Malaysian Insider pic by Nazir Sufari, January 28, 2015.A coroner today ruled that policemen and inmates were responsible for the death of an unemployed man while he was detained at the Tampin district police headquarters in Negri Sembilan two years ago.Coroner Datuk Jagjit Singh said the cause of death of P.Karuna Nithi was caused by 49 multiple injuries by blunt objects including physical assault, abuse and unlawful acts by persons unknown, inclusive of police officers and other detainees where Karuna Nithi was held.Jagjit, who is a Sessions Court judge in Seremban, said in his verdict that there was failure or omission to provide the necessary medical care and attention required by Karuna Nithi."There was also failure of the police officers to stop other detainees from abusing Karuna Nithi in the police lock-up."This is the second verdict this month where police have been found responsible for the death of detainees in police custody.On January 16, coroner Ahmad Bache held police responsible for the death of lorry driver P.Chandran through their omission to provide him with timely medical assistance.Chandran had been detained at the Dang Wangi police station in Kuala Lumpur on September 6, 2012 and was held for four days before his untimely death.Jagjit said having gone through all the evidence, he was satisfied that the cause of Karuna Nithi's death was due to a combination of unlawful acts and omissions by person or persons unknown."The deceased was a healthy adult with no life threatening diseases when he entered the lock-up but ended up dead three days later with 49 external injuries," he said.He said a custodial death with that number of injuries should have "rung alarm bells from the word go".Jagjit said he rejected the evidence of forensic pathologist Dr Sharifah Safoorah Syed Alwee after extensive examination of the shortcomings in her testimony."She had erroneously found that the cause of death was due to 'fatty change in the liver'. But this cannot be so when the deceased had 49 external injuries," he said.Jagjit said closed circuit television footages from the police station clearly revealed Karuna Nithi was beaten by other inmates and the cops on duty were privy to what happened.He said some policemen had also contributed to the beating, harassment and bullying based on evidence adduced from the CCTV.Jagjit admitted that Karuna Nithi was a difficult detainee, adding "but that was no reason to ill-treat him"."He was repeatedly transferred from one cell to another because he was having hallucinations, raving and ranting," he added.The judge said a policeman also testified that Karuna Nithi’s welfare was neglected because it was thought that he was only pretending to be sick while in the lock-up.Karuna Nithi, 42, was found unconscious inside his cell by a policeman who went to check on him at about 6pm on June 1, 2013.He was rushed to the district hospital but was pronounced dead upon arrival.Police had detained him at about 5.30pm on May 28 after his wife lodged a report that he had assaulted her following a quarrel at their home at Rumah Rakyat Taman Muhibbah in Gemencheh.Karuna Nithi had also lodged a report earlier in the day admitting he had assaulted his wife because he could not take her verbal abuse.He was taken to the Tampin magistrate’s court the following morning where a four-day remand order was issued.On May 31, he was charged with causing hurt and was allowed a RM4,000 bail but was taken back to the lock-up because his family could not post the amount to secure his release.Police have maintained there was no physical abuse involved in his death although family members alleged there were fresh injuries on his body.Lawyer Eric Paulsen, who appeared for the family of Karuna Nithi, said this was yet another landmark verdict which the authorities must take serious notice of."The judge reiterated a Court of Appeal ruling last year that not a single person should die in a police lock-up. This is also a small victory for human rights," added Eric, who is also executive director for Lawyers for Liberty.He said Dr Sharifah was supposed to "speak for the dead person" but her findings were not justified.Co-counsel Dr Dheeraj Bhar, who was a medical doctor, said the rejection of Dr Sharifah's evidence had to do with her credibility as a professional."I hope the Malaysian Medical Council will look into this in light of what the judge  concluded," he added. – January 28, 2015

Four Tennessee cities ranked in the top 30 for Bible-minded cities according to a ranking by the American Bible Society.Birmingham, Ala., topped the list while Chattanooga, Tenn., came in at number two.Knoxville finished 11th, which is the first time the city has dropped out of the top ten. In 2013, the same study named Knoxville as that year's most bible-minded U.S. city.Meanwhile, Nashville ranked 14th this year and Memphis snagged the 27th spot.The data is based on telephone and online interviews of 62,896 adults over a 10-year period, ending in August 2014.Respondents who reported reading the Bible within the past seven days and who agreed strongly in the accuracy of the Bible were classified as 'Bible Minded.'The American Bible Society found that only 27 percent of Americans are bible-minded.Five most Bible-minded cities in the United States according to the ranking:1. White House scraps plan to tax college savings

Smith, European Pressphoto Agency)The Obama administration decided Tuesday to scrap its proposal to raise taxes on college savings accounts to head off a battle with Congress over an issue even Democrats did not support, a White House official said.Obama had proposed doing away with tax-free investment accounts for college tuition — called 529 plans — as part of a broad package of tax reforms aimed at raising taxes on wealthy families while providing more benefits for the working and middle class.But Republicans as well as Democrats rebelled against the plan, and Tuesday the White House said Obama would scrap it."The 529 provision is a very small component" of Obama's plan, said the official, speaking on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to speak publicly.The proposal, the official said, has become "such a distraction," so the White House is dropping it and focusing instead on a larger package of "education tax relief that has bipartisan support."Speaker John Boehner, R-Ohio, said Tuesday morning, "529 plans help middle class families save for college, but now the president wants to tax those plans. It's another example of this outdated, top-down approach when our focus ought to be on providing opportunity for all Americans. So for the sake of middle class families, the president ought to withdraw this tax increase from his budget when he submits it soon."After the announcement, Boehner said he was glad Obama had decided to listen to the American people.House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., pressed Obama to drop the proposal during a flight to Saudi Arabia aboard Air Force One Tuesday, according to two sources familiar with the conversations. Chris Van Hollen, a senior Democrat from Maryland, has also been actively pushing the White House to drop the plan.The White House had said that 70% of the benefits of 529 plans go to households making more than $200,000 a year. Are you sure? Are you sure they are locals? Besides Salleh (Samad, chairman of the Datum Jelatek Action Committee), who else was there?" he asked reporters in Shah Alam.Some 100 Malays yesterday marched to the construction site of the luxury condominium and began tearing down the zinc barrier surrounding it, amid fears that the project would turn the area into ‎a “Chinese district".Members of the Selangor chapter of Perkasa, as well as the Datum Jelatek Action Committee (BBDJ) were seen among the crowd.However, police managed to bring the situation under control and the crowd soon dispersed. Two police trucks were seen at the site.BBDJ chairman Salleh Ahmad said the demonstration had been organised to warn Azmin to stop the condominium project, saying that it would open the floodgates to other races entering the Malay-majority area."I challenged him (Azmin) to come down and meet me, but he didn't turn up. If he had, I would have thrown him into the drain," said Salleh."I challenge him to stop this project," he said.Azmin today said he was not averse towards meeting the residents and assured that he was willing to hear out residents' objections over the project.He said the state was duty bound to ensure any project or development would not create racial tension.He also denied that there were racial elements in the project as claimed by participants of the protest."We allow residents or citizens to send their objections in any development and we will investigate."PKNS will produce a detailed report to prove the contrary, that an important development must not involve race," he said.Azmin said that despite the existence of Bumiputera quota, it must not be used as a sentiment that could hinder development in Selangor.He said there will be a town hall meeting between residents and state agencies to resolve the issue.Last November, Salleh and Keramat residents held a peaceful protest at the Selangor state secretariat building in Shah Alam, urging the project to be stopped.Salleh had reportedly warned of possible "bloodshed" if Selangor proceeded with the project, saying it was a threat to the Malays.The developer, DatumCorp, had previously said 1,097 Bumiputeras had registered for the condomonium, far exceededing the 674 units available.The condominium is to be built on the former site of four blocks of PKNS flats owned mostly by Malays, which were demolished in late 2010. – January 26, 2015.

They are requesting that another 12.28 acres -- including the coastal plain -- also receive the wilderness designation.Environmental groups praised the administration's request. Rhea Suh, president of the Natural Resources Defense Council, called it "the best news for the refuge since President Eisenhower established it in 1960 as the Arctic National Wildlife Range."John Podesta, counselor to President Obama, and Mike Boots, the acting chair of the Council on Environmental Quality, said in a White House website blog post that the area "sustains the most diverse array of wildlife in the entire Arctic." It includes the porcupine caribou, polar bears, gray wolves, muskoxen, and bird species that migrate to the nation's 49 other states. In arguing against oil and gas drilling in ANWR, Podesta and Boots cited the recent spike in U.S. oil production overall, and said Arctic refuge is too special "to put at risk" through oil and natural gas spills.Drilling for oil on the coastal plain is "a move that could irreparably damage this ecological treasure and harm the Alaska Native communities who still depend on the caribou for subsistence," the two Obama officials said.

เบียร์ (ศักดิ์สิทธิ์ แท่งทอง) หนุ่มใหญ่หัวใจชิว ผู้ผ่านชีวิตมาอย่างโชกโชนจนได้เป็นเชฟมือหนึ่งในโรงแรมชื่อดัง แต่งงานกับ ข้าว (คัทลียา กระจ่างเนตร์) พีอาร์สาวสวยในโรงแรมเดียวกับเบียร์ ข้าวอัธยาศัยดี เป็นแม่ของลูกในฝันของผู้ชายทุกคน ทั้งคู่มีความฝันเหมือนกันคืออยากมีร้านอาหารเป็นของตัวเอง ทั้งสองจึงลาออกมาเริ่มต้นชีวิตใหม่ด้วยการแต่งงานและร่วมกันเปิดร้านอาหารสุดชิคที่มีชื่อว่า“ข้าวกับเบียร์" เพราะตั้งใจอยากให้ร้านนี้เป็นอนุสรณ์ความรัก แต่เมื่อเข้าสู่ปีที่ 5 ของการแต่งงาน ความแตกต่างของทั้งคู่ที่เคยเป็นส่วนเติมเต็มกลับกลายเป็นฝันร้ายและเป็นที่มาของความขัดแย้ง ฟางเส้นสุดท้ายที่ทำให้ข้าวทนไม่ไหวคือเธอจับได้ว่าเบียร์แอบมีเมียน้อยมาเป็นเวลาเกือบปี ข้าวไม่สนคำอธิบายของเบียร์ที่บอกว่าเขาเพิ่งตัดสินใจบอกเลิกผู้หญิง และตั้งใจจะกลับตัวเป็นคนดีเพื่อข้าว ข้าวตัดสินใจขอหย่าในทันที เบียร์พยายามตามง้อขอคืนดีแต่ก็ไม่สำเร็จ ข้าวให้ทนายมาจัดการเรื่องการหย่า แต่ทั้งคู่ได้ตัดสินใจทำร้านร่วมกันต่อไป เบียร์จึงใช้โอกาสนี้เพื่อยื้อเวลาต่อไปเพราะไม่อยากหย่า และใช้ร้านนี้เป็นข้ออ้างในการเข้าหาข้าวเพื่อขอคืนดี

หลังแยกกันอยู่นาน 2 ปี สาลินี (อริญากร บวรวิศรุติ) เพื่อนสนิทของข้าว พยายามพาข้าวออกไปใช้ชีวิต ไปเที่ยวเพื่อพบเจอผู้คนใหม่ๆ จนได้มาเจอ กาย (เดวิด อัศวนนท์) ผู้ชายที่ตกหลุมรักข้าวตั้งแต่แรกเห็น ข้าวบอกกายว่าตัวเองแต่งงานแล้วและกำลังแยกกันอยู่กับสามี กายอึ้งและเงียบหายไป ข้าวเลยคิดว่าคงจะไม่ได้เจอกายอีก แต่ไม่นานกายก็ปรากฎตัวขึ้นและบอกว่าเขาทำใจยอมรับได้ ทั้งสองจึงเริ่มคุยและคบหากันในเวลาต่อมา ระหว่างที่คบกับกาย ข้าวและเบียร์ยังต้องบริหารร้านร่วมกัน โดยข้าวยังคงทำหน้าที่จัดการดูแลเรื่องเงินและระบบในร้าน ส่วนเบียร์ก็ดูแลรับผิดชอบเรื่องอาหารและบริการลูกค้าเหมือนที่เคยทำ ซึ่งเป็นภาพที่ขัดตากายมาก กายจึงพยายามขอให้ข้าวเลิกทำร้านและให้หย่ากับเบียร์ เพราะระแวงว่าวันหนึ่งข้าวอาจจะกลับไปคืนดีกับเบียร์ เบียร์เองก็แอบควงสาวไม่ซ้ำหน้า ในร้านเบียร์มีลูกคู่ที่คอยอยู่ข้างเขาทุกครั้งเวลาทะเลาะกับข้าวคือ บัตเตอร์ (ดีเจคิว-ธิติพันธ์ สุริยาวิชญ์) วัยรุ่นสุดแสบฝีปากกวนที่มีเบียร์เป็นไอดอลหลานแท้ๆ ของข้าว ที่ไม่เคยเข้าข้างข้าวเลย ส่วนข้าวก็มี ยูริ (ณัฐจารี หรเวชกุล-เชอรีน เดอะสตาร์) เด็กเสริฟวัยรุ่น คอยเป็นกองหนุนให้ข้าว โดยทุกครั้งที่เบียร์ทะเลาะกับข้าว ยูริจะเข้าข้างข้าวเสมอ เธอแอบหลงรัก แชมป์ (สุธน บู่สามสาย-ตั้ม เดอะสตาร์ 10) ซึ่งเป็นบาร์เทนเดอร์ของร้าน แต่ด้วยความเป็นคนเงียบๆ เหมือนมีปมในใจ ทำให้ยูริไม่เคยเข้าถึงความรู้สึกของแชมป์…เรื่องราวชุลมุนที่เกิดจากคู่ชื่นชุนมันส์อย่าง เบียร์ และ ข้าว อดีตคู่รักที่ต้องกลายเป็นคู่ร้าว งานนี้ชีวิตทั้งคู่จะ Go on ต่อไป หรือว่าจะ Go Out รวมทั้งหลานชายสุดซ่าส์ พนักงานเสิร์ฟ์สาวสวย และบาร์เทนเดอร์หนุ่มหล่อ ที่จะมาช่วยสร้างสีสันและสานสัมพันธ์ให้คู่ร้าวกลายมาเป็นคู่รักอีกครั้ง “เพราะมีเธอ" ร้านอาหารสุดโรแมนติก พร้อมแล้วที่เปิดบริการเสิร์ฟความสนุกของคู่รักสุดยียวนแล้ว

“รับบทเป็นเบียร์ครับ ดีใจมากที่ได้กลับมาเล่นกับแหม่ม แรกๆ ก็ตื่นเต้นนะครับ เหมือนจะเกร็งๆ กันอยู่ แต่พอซักพักก็ไม่มีปัญหา เล่นเข้าขากันดี ในเรื่องนิสัยผมกับแหม่มจะค่อนข้างแตกต่างกัน ผมมักจะทำอะไรขัดหูขัดตาแหม่มเค้า เลยทำให้โดนดุอยู่เรื่อยๆ ซึ่งในเรื่องผมจะต้องกลัวเค้ามากๆ ตรงนี้แหละที่ทำให้ชีวิตคนคู่นี้สนุกมีสีสัน สำหรับการเล่นซิทคอมครั้งแรกของแหม่มผมว่าโอเคนะ เค้าเก่งอยู่แล้ว ยังไงก็ติดตามชมกันเยอะๆ นะครับ รับรองสนุกแน่นอน"

“ในเรื่องแหม่มชื่อข้าวค่ะ เป็นอดีตภรรยาของเบียร์คือ พี่แท่ง เราสองคนหย่ากันแต่ยังทำร้านอาหารด้วยกัน เลยทำให้ต้องเจอหน้าและปะทะคารมกันอยู่ตลอด สำหรับเรื่องนี้ก็เป็นการได้กลับมาเล่นคู่กับพี่แท่งอีก หลังจากเรื่องสุดท้ายที่เล่นด้วยกันเมื่อ 17 ปีก่อน และก็เป็นซิทคอมครั้งแรกของแหม่ม ก็ตื่นเต้นมากๆ ยังไม่ค่อยรู้จังหวะ ก็ได้พี่แท่งนี่แหละช่วยแนะนำ แต่บอกเลยว่าทำงานสนุกมาก แล้วก็ไม่รู้เลยว่ากระแสจะดี มีคนรอคอยการกลับมาของ แท่ง-แหม่ม เยอะขนาดนี้ ก็ต้องขอบคุณแฟนๆ ทุกคนมากที่ยังรักและรอพวกเรา"

“ดีใจมากๆ เลยครับที่ได้มาเล่นซิทคอมเรื่องนี้ จริงๆ ผมอยากเล่น ซิทคอมมานานแล้ว ก็สัญญาว่าจะทำให้ดีที่สุด ให้สมกับที่ผู้ใหญ่ให้โอกาสได้มาเล่น ถ่ายวันแรกบอกเลยว่าตื่นเต้นมาก ฉากแรกเลยใช้เวลานานเลยล่ะครับ เพราะบทบาเทนเนอร์ค่อนข้างจะไกลตัว แต่พี่ผู้กำกับและนักแสดงคนอื่นๆ น่ารักและเป็นกันเองมาก คอยพูดให้กำลังใจตลอด ทำให้ผมไม่เครียด ทำงานด้วยแล้วสบายใจมากๆ"

พนักงานเสิร์ฟสาวสวย นิสัยดี น่ารัก ขยันทำงาน ยูริแอบหลงรักแชมป์ จึงคอยแอบมอง และเป็นห่วงเป็นใยแชมป์ทุกครั้งที่มีโอกาส
“บทบาทที่ได้รับในเรื่องจะเป็นเด็กสาววัยรุ่นสดใส ที่ต้องทำงานส่งเสียตัวเองเรียน ในเรื่องแอบรักแชมป์คือพี่ตั้ม ซึ่งก็คุ้นเคยกันดีเพราะเป็นพี่น้องเดอะสตาร์เหมือนกัน แล้วก็จะถูกบัตเตอร์คือพี่คิวตามจีบ ซึ่งในเรื่องเราจะต้องรำคาญและรังเกียจเค้ามากๆ แต่เข้าฉากด้วยกันทีไร หนูก็มักจะหลุดขำ เพราะพี่เค้าเล่นตลกมากๆ ส่วนพี่แท่งพี่แหม่มก็เป็นพี่ชายพี่สาวที่น่ารัก มีอะไรก็จะคอยบอกคอยสอนตลอด"

วัยรุ่นสุดแสบ หลานแท้ๆ ของข้าว แต่หน้าตาและนิสัยแตกต่างกันราวฟ้ากับเหว บัตเตอร์คิดเสมอว่าตัวเองหล่อลากดิน จึงพยายามจีบสาวทุกคน ทั้งลูกค้าและเด็กเสิร์ฟในร้าน โดยเฉพาะยูริที่มักจะถูกหยอดคำหวานทุก 5 นาที
“บัตเตอร์จะเป็นคนที่สร้างความรำคาญให้กับทุกคน ทำทุกอย่างที่คนปกติเค้าไม่ทำกัน แล้วก็เป็นคนปากเสียและกะล่อนสุดๆ เรื่องนี้ถือเป็นครั้งแรกที่ผมมีโอกาสได้มาเล่นซิทคอม ดีใจมากๆ ครับ มีอะไรที่ผมต้องเรียนรู้เยอะมาก ทั้งจังหวะและมุมกล้อง แต่มันท้าทายและสนุกมากๆ ยิ่งเล่นผมก็ยิ่งชอบ ก็หวังว่าทุกคนจะชอบตัวละครตัวนี้เช่นกันนะครับ"

แต้ว ณฐพร รับถอนตัวจากละครที่เล่นคู่ บอม ธนิน จริง เผยสาเหตุเพราะป่วย ไม่ใช่ไม่อยากร่วมงาน

เหมือนยิ่งเป็นการตอกย้ำกระแสที่นางเอกสาว "แต้ว ณฐพร" ไม่อยากร่วมงานกับพระเอกหนุ่ม "บอม ธนิน" เข้าไปอีก เพราะล่าสุดก็มีกระแสเม้าท์หลุดออกมาว่า แต้ว ได้ขอถอนตัวจากละครเรื่อง "พิรุณพร่ำรัก" ที่ต้องประกบคู่กับ บอม อีกครั้ง งานนี้พอมีโอกาสได้เจอสาวแต้วก็เลยไม่พลาดที่จะสอบถามถึงข้อเท็จจริง โดยเจ้าตัวก็ได้ยอมรับว่าถอนตัวออกจริง แต่ที่ถอนเพราะป่วยจนถ่ายไม่ไหว ไม่ใช่เพราะไม่อยากร่วมงานบอม

เห็นว่าตอนนี้เราถอนตัวออกจากละคร?
"อ๋อ ใช่ค่ะ เกิดจากความไม่สมบูรณ์ของร่างกายค่ะ ช่วงปีใหม่ที่ผ่านมาไม่ได้ไปเที่ยวไหนเลยต้องรักษาตัว เพราะแต้วมีอาการที่ปวดหลังเรื้อรังมาระยะหนึ่งแล้ว เริ่มจากตอนแรกทานอาหารไม่ได้ รู้สึกป่วยๆอยู่เรื่อยๆ หาคำตอบไม่ได้ว่าเป็นเพราะอะไร เราก็เข้าไปเช็คอัพร่างกายตลอดเลย ก็มารู้ว่ามีเรื่องของกระเพาะลำไส้อักเสบ ลำไส้แปรปรวนด้วย สาเหตุอาจเกิดจากการที่เราทำงานแล้วเครียดสะสม ส่งผลให้มีอาการปวดที่หลังด้วย อยู่ดีๆก็ปวด คือเราเริ่มถ่ายเรื่องพิรุณพร่ำรักถ่ายไปได้ 2 คิวแล้ว ทั้ง2คิวก็ต้องแอดมิดเข้าโรงพยาบาลทั้ง2คิวเลย เพราะอยู่ดีๆเราก็ปวด อยู่ไม่ได้เลย"

ที่ถอนตัวออกนี่เพราะเราถอนเอง หรือทางผู้ใหญ่แนะนำ?
จริงๆเป็นทางผู้ใหญ่ค่ะ เหมือนทั้งสองฝ่ายก็ช่วยกันหาคำตอบว่าจะทำยังไงดี เพราะการถ่ายทำก็ต้องถ่าย และร่างกายเราก็ไม่เต็มที่กับตรงนั้น เหมือนช่วยกันปรึกษามากกว่า"

แล้วกับละครเรื่องอื่นล่ะ?
"อย่างเรื่อง แรด ก็ยังถ่ายอยู่ค่ะ มันก็ใกล้จะปิดกล้องเต็มทีแล้วด้วย ก็อยากเร่งถ่ายไปให้เสร็จๆ"

คนมองว่าเราถอนตัวเพราะบอมหรือเปล่า?
"โอ๊ยไม่เลยค่ะ จริงๆเราก็แฮปปี้มากกับการทำงานกับยูม่า และเราก็ไปทางอาเม้าท์ อายุ ทีมงานทุกคนน่ารักมากจริงๆ ตอนที่ป่วยเราเองก็เกรงใจทั้งทางช่อง ทั้งทางทีมงานมากๆเลย เราก็เครียดด้วยสำหรับตรงนี้"

แต่ที่เราถอนครั้งนี้เหมือนยิ่งเป็นการตอกย้ำกระแสก่อนหน้าที่ไม่อยากเล่นคู่กับบอม?
"มันก็เป็นแค่กระแสค่ะ ถึงแต้วจะพูดสักเท่าไหร่มันก็แล้วแต่คนจะคิดนะคะ นานาจิตตัง แต่ตัวเราเองก็ยืนยันนะคะว่าไม่ได้มีจุดประสงค์อะไรเลย มันเป็นเรื่องของการทำงาน และเราก็เป็นนักแสดงคนหนึ่งที่อยากจะทำให้เต็มที่ ถ้าทำได้ไม่เต็มที่มันมีทางออกอย่างไรก็ค่อยมาว่ากันค่ะ"

ได้คุยกับบอมบ้างไหม?
"บอมเองยังไม่ได้คุยค่ะ แต่ว่าตอนที่ป่วยคุณน้าของบอมก็ยังมาเยี่ยมอยู่เหมือนกัน"

เราต้องรักษาตัวอีกนานไหม ถึงจะรับงานได้อีก?
"จริงๆก็ยังบอกไม่ได้แน่นอน เรื่องตรงนี้มันเซนซิทีปและยังไม่รู้ว่าสาเหตุเกิดจากอะไร ก็ต้องสักระยะหนึ่ง ด้วยความที่เรื่องนี้ต้องไปถ่ายที่ต่างประเทศด้วย เราก็ไม่รู้ว่าจะไปเป็นที่นู้นหรือเปล่า เพราะถ้าเป็นมันก็จะค่อนข้างยากในการทำงานและก็ลำบากเองด้วย"

แบบนี้กลัวจะกระทบงานอื่นๆไหม?
"ก็กังวลนิดนึงเหมือนกัน แต่ตอนนี้การแพทย์ก็ทันสมัยมาก ต้องค่อยๆรักษากันไปค่ะ อาการตอนนี้ก็ดีขึ้นจากตอนนั้นมาก แต่ว่าต้องมีการระวังในเรื่องของการใช้ท่าทาง ต้องมียาคอยติดกระเป๋าไว้ตลอด"

เสียดายไหมที่ต้องถอนตัว?
"ก็เสียดายค่ะ เพราะพอเราเรียนขบก็อยากทำให้เต็มที่ แต่กลายเป็นว่าเป็นแบบนี้ไป มันก็เป็นโอกาสอีกโอกาสหนึ่ง เสียดายค่ะ"

เกิดเรื่องแบบนี้เรากลัวแฟนคลับของทั้งสองฝ่ายจะมีปัญหากันอีกไหม?
"จริงๆก็อาจจะกลัวเหมือนกันนิดนึงนะคะ แต่ว่าคือตัวแต้วเองก็ไม่ได้มีอะไรค้างคาใจอยู่แล้ว เคลียร์ตรงนี้เรียบร้อย"

ได้อธิบายให้แฟนคลับเราเข้าใจหรือยัง?
"แฟนคลับแต้วเองก็เข้าใจอยู่แล้ว ให้กำลังใจแต้วมาตลอด เรื่องที่ป่วยอะไรแบบนี้ค่ะ"

ต่อจากนี้เราต้องรับละครทีละเรื่องเลยไหม?
"ในช่วงนี้ค่ะ เราแค่รู้สึกว่ามันไม่คุ้มกันกับการที่เราจะโหมทำงาน และกลายเป็นป่วยหนักมาก อยากจะมีโอกาสในการทำงาน และฟื้นฟูร่างกายเราไปด้วยค่ะ"
